The members/winners/leaders in whose names prizes have been declared are responsible to ensure that they accept the prizes. In case a prize winner is unable to do so, or is not contactable, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and announce another winner.

The delivery of prizes shall be made either at Mumbai, or any other place at the sole discretion of Shreya. Any cost incurred in connection with taking delivery of the prize shall have to be borne by the relevant member/winner/leader.

Any cost which is to be borne in order to enjoy or utilize the prize will be borne only and solely by the member/winner/leader and we shall be entitled to deduct and withhold the same to the extent required by law.

Any and all taxes that may be applicable on the award of such prize or on the payment of any monies by us to you shall be borne only by you. You hereby empower, authorize and enable us to deduct and withhold all applicable taxes as may be relevant from time to time under law.

The prizes cannot and will not be negotiated upon, transferred, replaced or altered for any other measure of trade, worth or exchange etc.

We are not responsible for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointment happening due to or after accepting the prize by the member/winner/leader.

Our decision is final for any activity, event or competition held under or through this Website/WAPsite.

We shall seek proof of valid identification of the member/winner/leader before awarding the prize.

Members/winners/leaders must collect their prizes from the pre-advised geographical place in person or by a legally authorized representative with proper and adequate identification. No requests for courier/mail of the prize/s shall be entertained.

For the purposes of routing and recording monetary transactions associated herewith, we may require you to follow banking and transfer procedures as may be applicable under law. You hereby agree to abide by and follow our instructions to ensure that appropriate “know your client” banking norms and procedures are respected and adhered to.

You understand that the internet is inherently an unreliable medium and it is possible that you may experience slow internet connections or disconnections or technical difficulties accessing the internet.
